The CSV file can be imported into a spreadsheet. The values in the file are separated by a comma and enclosed by double quotes.

To open the file from a spreadsheet program, select open from the file menu. The drop down list of types of files may need to be changed to include csv files.

A text import window should pop up. This will allow for control of how the data in the file is mapped to cells in the spreadsheet. Values are separated with a comma and fields are enclosed with double quotes.

A preview should be available on the bottom to check the values are imported correctly.
