A new Technical Review Committee is convened from a group of vetted candidates for each credentialing review application. The members are recommended by Board of Health to the Director of Public Health for appointment.

    The Professional and Occupational Credentialing Cash Fund
  • Spending Authority:
    The Professional and Occupational Credentialing Cash Fund is established by Neb. Rev. Stat. 38-157. Uses of funds are authorized in 38-151 to 38-156. Cash spending authority is authorized within the mainline budget bill.
Accomplishments
  • Since July 1, 2020:
    These accomplishments are provided by the Department of Health and Human Services and reflect its sole views. Because a new TRC is convened for each credentialing review application that is received, there have been 13 Technical Review Committees convened since 2020.
