Accomplishments
  • Since July 1, 2020:
    These accomplishments are provided by the Department of Health and Human Services and reflects its sole views. The Board of Optometry provided recommendations on licensure or certification of 190 persons, including recommendations on all disciplinary actions for initial licensure, reinstatement of licensure and investigational reports. The Board revised regulations 172 NAC 120 (Licensure of Optometrists) that were approved by the Governor and became effective on 3212022.
