Accomplishments
  • Since July 1, 2020:
    These accomplishments are provided by the Department of Health and Human Services and reflects its sole views. The Board of Funeral Directing and Embalming provided recommendations on licensure of 419 persons and 255 establishments. The Board also provided recommendations on disciplinary actions for initial licensure, reinstatement of licensure, and investigational reports. The Board successfully revised and submitted chapters of regulations, 172 NAC 67 and 68, to address stakeholder concerns.
