Since July 1, 2020:The Advisory Council on Public Water Supply has not met since January 2020 and no longer has enough members to form a quorum. Three of the seven council appointments have been vacant since at least July 1, 2020 and all but two of the seven council appointments are vacant today. The remaining members terms will expire on July 30th, 2025. The Department is aware of 4 applications for appointment which have been submitted to the Governors Boards and Commissions program for appointment consideration.
