Previously, only forms B-1, B-4 and B-7 could be completed and submitted online. Potential Conflicts of Interest filings are all now posted and available for viewing online. Campaign finance data can now be searched, exported and downloaded a number of different ways.Updated the main website to a new platform allowing more immediate updates of event information, guides and publications. The Commission has received complaints, conducted investigations, held evidentiary hearings, determined if violations of the NPADA have occurred, and posted enforcement actions on the NADC website. The Commission has also entered into settlement agreements when there have been findings of violations and penalties assessed, which are posted on the website.Furthermore, the Commission has: Issued advisory opinions and staff opinions to those seeking to comply with the provisions of the NPADA, and posted advisory opinions on the NADC website; Responded to every Potential Conflict of Interest submission; Reviewed every Campaign Statement or Report and Statement of Financial Interests filing; Produced, updated and made available in-office and on our website, forms and instructional materials for candidates, committees, lobbyists, public officials and public employees; and, has made presentations and conducted seminars in the areas of campaign finance, lobbying and government ethics.
