Since July 1, 2016:School fee restructuring proposal approved for 92NAC41 and 92NAC42 by the Nebraska Board of Education. Rule changes approved and implemented regarding distance learning, requirements regarding public display of a school's authorization to operate and other rules updates for Rules 41-44 to ensure alignment with state statutes. Definition of Private Postsecondary Career School clarified due to changing instructional methodology, clarified 85-1644 regarding transcript requests. Hearings were conducted under the provision of 84-907 R.R.S
