    1) The board of trustees shall include the following six members:(a) The Commissioner of Education or his or her designee;(b) The chief executive officer of the Department of Health and Human Services or his or her designee; and(c) The following persons appointed by the Governor, in his or her discretion:(i) Two persons nominated by the endowment provider;(ii) An early childhood professional representing an urban at-risk area appointed pursuant to subsection (5) of this section; and(iii) An early childhood professional representing a rural at-risk county appointed pursuant to subsection (6) of this section.
