Accomplishments
  • Since July 1, 2016:
    This is a dormant board authorized for activation at governors discretion by a 2004 statute. When activated, it has certain ad hoc and temporary duties of dispute resolution pursuant to the Ground Water Management and Protection Act (Act). It has never yet been activated but is integral to the enforcement scheme of the Act.
