Accomplishments
  • Since July 1, 2016:
    2016-2019 hosted, in conjunction with US Dry Bean Council, international reverse trade missions of international dry bean buyers. 2018-2019, worked with Culinary Institute of America (CIA) to sponsor culinary workshop for Nebraska School Food Service Managers, ProStart and Consumer Science instructors to demonstrate easy, versatile recipe developed to show case dry beans.
