Accomplishments
  • Since July 1, 2012:
    The Commission was required to annually file a report to the Governor and Legislature on or before December 1 concerning the implementation and operation of the exchange, challenges and problems identified in the implementation and operation of the exchange, and recommendations to address such problems and challenges. Meetings were held to gather the necessary information to accomplish this goal. Upon the recommendation of the Commission, the Legislature terminated the Commission on July 1, 2016.
