Since July 1, 2012:Conducted eight (8) inspections andor site visits, identified items for corrective action and reviewed all corrective actions taken; conducted inventory of all of the Residence's contents to ensure all property is properly accounted for and recorded; viewed several Residence deferred repair projects including wall finish repairs, carpet replacement, Great Room wall repairs, electrical and lighting repairs, painting, and transitional renovations for change of Governor's.
