Public hearing to take testimony from family groups on programs authorized and expanded by LB 603 (2009): Family Navigator Program, post-adoption/post-guardianship assistance, Family Support Hotline, Professional Partner Program, State Children/’s Health Insurance Program, and coverage for community-based secure residential and subacute behavioral health services waiver. Following the hearing, the committee will receive a briefing from representatives of Magellan Health Services.
