Potential HarmThe Military Teaching Permit allows those who are in Nebraska due to permanent change of station (PCS) orders and who have held a teaching certificate for at least one year in another state to be eligible for a permit in Nebraska. The permit allows for those who have licensure as a teacher in another state and recent military experience (self or spouse) a pathway to licensure in Nebraska.
