Accomplishments

Since July 1, 2020:These accomplishments are provided by the Department of Health and Human Services and reflects its sole views. The Board also initiated a pharmacy workforce survey with UNMC, addressed and clarified national and state recertification for pharmacy technicians, and clarified supervision for remote dispensing pharmacies. The Board revised regulations 172 NAC 131 (Wholesale Drug Distributors) and 172 NAC 134 (Delegated Dispensing), both of which became effective 9202023. The Board planned and hosted a required NABPAACP District V meeting for August 2024.
