Accomplishments

Since July 1, 2020:These accomplishments are provided by the Department of Health and Human Services and reflects its sole views. The Board reviewed and approved regulations: 172 NAC 91 (Perfusionists) effective date 8102021; 172 NAC 92 (Genetic Counselors) effective date 8102021; 172 NAC 89 (Acupuncture) effective date 942021; and 172 NAC 90 (Physician Assistant licensure and Supervision) effective date 12142021. The Board reviewed and made recommendations on initial licensure applications, reinstatement applications, and investigational reports. The Board also addressed several practice questions and continues to participate with the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
