The Board reviewed and approved regulations: 172 NAC 91 (Perfusionists) effective date 8102021; 172 NAC 92 (Genetic Counselors) effective date 8102021; 172 NAC 89 (Acupuncture) effective date 942021; and 172 NAC 90 (Physician Assistant licensure and Supervision) effective date 12142021. The Board reviewed and made recommendations on initial licensure applications, reinstatement applications, and investigational reports.
