Since July 1, 2020: | The Advisory Committee held several meetings in FY 21-22 in order to provide input and review proposed revisions to Title 124 as part of the governors regulatory reform effort. The revised Title 124 became effective June 27, 2022. The committee also provided input on changes to General Permits for Holding Tanks and Lagoons. The committee discussed concerns regarding the increase in reverse osmosis system installation and how these systems impact onsite wastewater treatment systems. |
