| Since July 1, 2020: | These accomplishments are provided by the Department of Health and Human Services and reflects its sole views. The Board of Cosmetology, Electrology, Esthetics, Nail Technology, and Body Art provided recommendations on licensure of 12,905 persons and 2,240 establishments, including recommendations on all disciplinary actions for initial licensure, reinstatement of licensure, and investigational reports. The Board successfully revised the following chapters of regulations to address stakeholder concerns: 172 NAC 34, 43, 44, 45 and 46. |
