Accomplishments

Since July 1, 2020:The CVR program has made significant strides in improving its efficiency and accessibility. Weve streamlined the application process with a shorter, more user-friendly form and updated the Rules and Regulations to ensure they are clear, current, and aligned with best practices. Additionally, weve added a new staff member to provide more personalized support and introduced trauma-informed, victim-centered approaches to ensure participants are treated with sensitivity, respect, and understanding. To further enhance the program, weve launched a CVR training program to better equip our stakeholders. These enhancements reflect our commitment to continuously refining the CVR program to better serve the community, offering both practical assistance and emotional support for healing and financial recovery.
