Two members that must be county attorneys or deputy county attorneys from counties other than Douglas County or Lancaster County, one member who is a county sheriff or a chief of police, and one member who is a certified forensic pathologist.

Accomplishments

Since July 1, 2016:The County Attorney Standards Advisory Council continues to monitor all county attorneys and ensure they report all continuing education hours to the Crime Commission as mandated by statute. The council has formulated and established new guidelines to promote uniform and quality death investigations for county coroners.
