Accomplishments

Since July 1, 2016:Between 712019 and 6302020, 84 cases have been filed with the CIR; 43 representation cases, 25 prohibited practice cases, and 16 wage cases were filed.In October 2018, the CIR consolidated it's support staff from 3 full time employees to 2 full time employees, resulting in budget savings. In March 2019, the CIR moved from the 5th floor of the Nebraska State Office Building to a smaller office location on the 1st floor. CIR published decisions are now available electronically to the public without a subscription.
