Accomplishments

Since July 1, 2016:Since July 1, 2016 a) Commenced 137 investigations; b) issued 22 orders finding violations; c) responded to Conflict of Interest Statements from state and local government officials and government employees; d) collected, reviewed and made available to the public the campaign statements filed in connection with the 2016 statewide elections, the 2017 Omaha and Lincoln City elections, the 2018 statewide elections, the 2019 Lincoln City elections, and various special elections; e) conducted educational sessions for those subject to the NPADA; f) published brochures and instructional materials for candidates, committees, and lobbyists.
