  • Each registered lobbyist shall file a Statement of Activity within 45 days after the end of a regular session of the Legislature. The statement must be filed even if the lobbyist engaged in no activity.
  • Any registered lobbyist who engages in lobbying activity in connection with a special session of the Legislature shall file a Statement of Activity within 45 days after the end of the special session. Late filing fees are $25.00 per day, not to exceed $750.00.
  • Lobbyists having more than one principal shall file a separate report for each principal.

Instructions to File Form D

If you do not have any activities to report, please select the appropriate principal then check the 'No formal position(s) taken' box.
  • Enter the activities using the Activity Manager.
    • To access the Activity Manager, click on the "Edit Activities" link at the top of this page and select the appropriate principal from the drop-down.
    • You may edit/add/delete your activities throughout the duration of the session.
  • When you choose to file Form D simply fill out the form and select the appropriate principal from the drop-down menu.
  • After you complete the filing process, the activities in the Activity Manager associated with the listed principal will be automatically transferred to the form and can be viewed using the "View Filed Forms" link located on the navigation menu to the left.
The activity manager will be emptied on January 1st of each year.
