  • Each registered lobbyist shall file a Statement of Activity within 45 days after the end of a regular session of the Legislature. The statement must be filed even if the lobbyist engaged in no activity.
  • Any registered lobbyist who engages in lobbying activity in connection with a special session of the Legislature shall file a Statement of Activity within 45 days after the end of the special session. Late filing fees are $25.00 per day, not to exceed $750.00.
  • Lobbyists having more than one principal shall file a separate report for each principal.
