A lobbyist registration expires automatically on December 31^st unless renewed. To terminate a registration prior to December 31^st, a termination of registration must be filed with the Clerk of the Legislature.
A final Quarterly Report must be filed with the termination statement unless there have been no receipts and expenditures since the last Quarterly Report. Both the principal and the lobbyist must file final Quarterly Reports. If the principal has another lobbyist who is not terminating, the principal should not file a final Quarterly Report.
All lobbyists must file a Statement of Activity within 45 days after a Legislative Session even if this statement is on file.

Per my telephone conversation with Sue in the Accountability Office, I have added the email from Ron HisHorsesThunder, The Interim President, that informs you that Dr. Johnny Jones is no Longer an employee of Little Priest Tribal College. I was unable to attach the actual email so I copied and pasted it. Please inform me if you need any further information.

Ms. Lorenz,

Dr. Jones was terminated from his position as president of Little Priest Tribal College, as of May 5,2015.

Unfortunately, Dr. Jones had not left behind any records indicating his level of Lobbying activities, if any, on behalf of the college.

Please advise LPTC what we need to do.
